Acceptable Content Policy

This policy covers everything a business adds to TLK: text, logos, images, and its selections of what it sells and buys.

1. What's allowed. Accurate information about your own business, its services, the industries and areas it serves, and your own photos of your work, team or premises.

2. What's not allowed:

• anything false, misleading or out of date, including claims about licences, accreditations or clients you can't back up;
• other businesses' logos, trade marks or photos without permission;
• personal information about anyone without their consent, including staff photos with names;
• links, phone numbers or email addresses in text fields (buyers contact you through TLK);
• anything defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, sexual, violent or unlawful;
• claims about competitors;
• malicious code, or attempts to manipulate search or matching;
• claiming to be checked, endorsed or recommended by TLK, other than the "Checked against our standard" mark where we show it.

3. Reporting. Anyone can report a page with the "Report this page" link.

4. What we do. We may hide content or a profile while we look. We tell the business and give it a chance to respond, unless the matter is urgent. Repeated or serious breaches may end a Business Profile, under the Business Profile Terms.
