Common concerns

What clients ask before they sign.

/ "It's expensive."

At A$4,000/month, the managed service costs less than 6% of a freight procurement specialist's salary. If your annual freight spend is above A$1m, the audit alone typically pays for itself many times over in the first 90 days.

/ "What if you don't find anything?"

Then you have something most shippers don't have — independent, documented evidence that your freight position is fair. That's worth the audit fee at your next contract review.

/ "Why flat fee, not percentage of savings?"

Percentage models pay us more for finding more, which creates incentive to inflate. Flat fees keep us honest. You get the same work whether we find A$10 or A$1m.

Frequently asked

No, really — what does it cost?

Are there any success fees?

No. We charge the flat fee — A$9,990 audit, A$25,000 tender, A$30,000 bundle — regardless of what we find or what carrier you end up with. No percentage of savings, no rebate from winning carrier, no retainer creep.

Do you take any money from carriers?

No. We don't take rebates, kickbacks, referral fees, volume bonuses, or any other form of compensation from any freight carrier — full stop. Our entire revenue is the audit and tender fees you see above.

What if my data is messy?

It usually is — that's the normal state of freight invoices in Australia. We work with common carrier invoices, rate cards, spreadsheets and TMS exports, then normalise the data before analysis. You don't need to clean anything before sending.

What if we already have a freight broker / 3PL / consultant?

Common situation. The audit works as an independent second opinion — it doesn't conflict with your existing relationships, and the underlying data we hand back is yours to use however you like. Many companies use an independent audit to verify whether their current freight arrangements are still commercially sound.

Can we run multiple tenders?

Yes. Each tender is its own engagement at A$25,000 — there's no retainer or volume discount on additional tenders. Most tender work is best reserved for major spend buckets, carrier changes, renewal windows or clear performance issues.

What does the upgrade credit mean?

If you complete an audit, tender or bundle and upgrade to the managed service within 90 days, your previous payment is credited against future managed service months. An audit graduate gets A$9,990 credit (≈ 2.5 free months of managed service). Tender graduates get A$25,000 credit (≈ 6.25 free months). Bundle graduates get A$30,000 credit (≈ 7.5 free months). Annual prepay upgrades have the credit applied as a single discount at checkout. The 90-day window starts from when you paid the lower-tier engagement.

What about the Retail Fest discount?

If you're claiming the Retail Fest 2026 promotion, the audit drops to A$7,992 ex-GST (20% off, A$1,998 saving). Tender and bundle are excluded. Claim before 31 May →

Pick where to start.

If you don't know what you're paying, audit. If you're ready to renegotiate, tender. If you want both, bundle and save A$4,990.
